Eckard Midstream

The midstream sector of the oil and gas industry encapsulates the processing and transportation of oil and gas byproducts. As a fully integrated energy company, Eckard sees tremendous value in having ownership in all facets of the industry.

About Eckard Midstream:

Eckard Enterprises recently announced its acquisition of Kinetica Partners, LLC. Eckard took ownership under its sister company Eckard Midstream, LLC. Troy W. Eckard, Chairman of the Board for Eckard Enterprises, LLC, was the one of original founders of Kinetica Partners and has been an officer and Board member since its inception.

Kinetica Partners, LLC has established itself as an essential midstream carrier in the Gulf of America (Gulf of Mexico). Kinetica operates an extensive network of pipelines and key infrastructure vital to producers in the Gulf. Kinetica has built its reputation on reliability, availability, and operational excellence for its customers.

The acquisition of Kinetica aligns seamlessly with Eckard Enterprises’ vision for energy asset sector diversification and sustained growth. Eckard sees a long runway of upside values in midstream assets focused on a “water” outlet for the growing US natural gas, crude oil, and LNG global supply chains.

KINETICA’S VISION:
“Kinetica is building a leading midstream platform by driving efficiency, reliability, and growth across every link in the energy value chain.“
