In a few ways:

For one, we host an annual conference, inviting all our clients to get to know one another, discuss current events, review new opportunities together, and enjoy each other’s company.

We share incredibly detailed reports with our clients regarding the assets they own. Our clients can view the details of their assets down to the package, tract, well, or even to the plot of land. We offer our clients access to our one-of-a-kind proprietary app to view this information at their leisure. The app also provides exclusive access to various resources and educational content.

Eckard acquires assets in each package that we offer to our clients & qualified individuals.

You must be an accredited investor (e.g., net worth over $1 million, excluding your homestead OR have an income exceeding $200,000 individually/ $300,000 jointly). After providing general accreditation and sophistication criteria and meeting with our team, you’ll be able to review more information about opportunities offered by Eckard. Learn more or contact one of our account managers. Our account management team does not provide any investment, tax, or financial advice and we strongly recommend consulting with your own financial advisor before making any purchase.

Eckard focuses on tangible assets like mineral rights, oil and gas drilling, real estate, and commodities. Nearly all of our assets are in the energy sector.

Depending on the project, the minimum purchase amount is $50,000 to $250,000. Nevertheless, we don’t set your comfort level. You do. We welcome new clients and we strongly recommend you consult your own advisors to determine what is best for you.

Most of our projects provide direct ownership of minerals and/or oil & gas assets. What you buy you own directly. Eckard provides administrative functions related to the projects and provides updated reports about each project.

Yes, these assets may be purchased via your Self-Directed IRA. You should contact your financial and/or tax advisor for more information on how to execute such a purchase and determine if that is a suitable direction for you.
